What is the SBTi ?
Launched in 2015 by CDP, UNGC, We Mean Business Coalition, WRI and WWF, the SBTi is the global reference framework for companies seeking credible, recognized greenhouse gas emission reduction targets aligned with limiting global warming to 1.5°C.
Two levels of commitment
Structured ambition pathways for companies of all sizes.
Reducing emissions in Scopes 1 & 2, and by at least two-thirds in Scope 3, within 5 to 10 years.
Reducing emissions across the entire value chain (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) by 90 to 95% by 2050 at the latest.
